Hey, I'm Hrishi Jadhav. I'm a Senior Software Engineer working at the intersection of AI agent infrastructure and production backend systems. Most engineers _use_ AI coding tools; I build the tools AI coding agents themselves consume.
Over 4 years at Syvora (intern to senior, promoted to Syvora Labs R&D), I've led the development of a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, a non-custodial wallet-based payment platform, and shipped two AI-focused products on Product Hunt: ContextPool (open-source MCP server, #6) and FixMyAI (marketplace for fixing AI-generated code).
To me, programming languages and frameworks are tools. What matters most is the ability to learn, adapt, and apply the right tool to meet the needs of the problem. I care about secure, well-tested, durable systems and the teams behind them.
Experience
- Lead a team of 3 developers building production-grade Go and Java backend services on Kubernetes for a non-custodial wallet payment platform.
- Ideated and shipped ContextPool, an open-source MCP server consumed by Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Kiro. #6 on Product Hunt.
- Ideated and shipped FixMyAI, an escrow-based marketplace for fixing AI-generated code, achieving a 93% first-try fix rate.
- Led the deployment of Surge, a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange on the XRPL EVM sidechain.
- Performed code reviews, design reviews, and mentored junior engineers; established observability and on-call practices.
- Architected a distributed peer-to-peer order-matching system with event-driven trade execution.
- Built event-driven webhooks and alerting systems consuming real-time event streams via Kafka-style messaging.
- Delivered GraphQL-supported data indexers over PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis; managed AWS infrastructure for indexers and services.
- Reduced infrastructure costs by more than 50% during the bootstrapping phase.
- Automated deployment of containerized services across environments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Performed production-level troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis of Go applications.
- Built observability foundations with Grafana, Prometheus, structured logging, and actionable alerts.
- Developed secure backend services in Java with Spring Boot for an enterprise SaaS compliance product.
- Integrated Azure AI services for document data extraction, facial recognition, and OCR.
- Designed and integrated RESTful APIs and wrote complex SQL queries for customized data retrieval workflows.
